JS Truckmart takes the health and safety of our employees, customers, and vendors seriously. Due to the COVID-19 outbreak, we want ensure we are doing our part to minimize the risk to our community, so we will be implementing the following effective immediately:
1. No walk-in customers. We WILL continue to provide you with parts for both light and duty vehicles. We encourage all of our customers to shop online at www.jstruckmart.com or call us to place your order. Our phones will be on open 7am – 5:30pm Monday thru Friday.
2. We will be offering FREE local deliveries of parts, including to the door of your own home. Etransfer or credit cards accepted on phone.
3. We will continue to serve our towing customers who wish to make payments, pick up their vehicles or access their vehicles, BY APPOINTMENT ONLY. Please call 306-634-9891 to make an appointment during business hours.
4. We WILL continue to accept freight shipments and ship out products on a daily basis. This includes shipping parts across Canada and to the US via courier companies. We have already implemented social distancing and other precautionary measures with our valued courier companies.
5. We WILL continue to offer 24 hour towing services, with precautionary measures being taken including no passengers in any of our tow trucks, the use of sanitizers & gloves, and offering touch-less payments
