Teresa has been amazing! The transmission we ordered came with some damage, they rectified the problem immediately and sent us a new one which we received 2 provinces over in less than a week! I wanted to say thank-you to Teresa and JS Truckmart for shipping the replacement glass for my rear passenger window (that was smashed due to vandalism) so quickly. The glass place in Edmonton could not find aftermarket glass anywhere across North America. I was going to have to get OEM glass special ordered from a dealership which would be super expensive. Central Auto & Truck Parts in Edmonton did not have the tint I needed but referred me to JS Truckmart in Saskatchewan. Service was polite, helpful, efficient, and fast. I had the glass installed and it matches perfectly especially in terms of comparative wear. The vehicle is a 2017 and its windows have over 7 years of wear. Brand new glass would look brand new and not match the other windows. After market would not be the same quality. Using your glass was a better alternative. I have OEM glass identical to the other windows at a fraction of the cost of other alternatives even accounting for the shipping cost.Thank-you for your helpfulness and excellent service.

as part of my job I end up buying items from various wreckers every week. it can be a complete nightmare dealing with places that you can't get a hold of/rude/no paperwork/etc etc etc JS TruckMart is the real deal friendly real humans quality parts proper billing no funny business
